Turnaround time depends mainly on your communication with bitmain customer service. We only follow Bitmain's instruction to process miner. Bitmain's repair queue and shipping queue are independent.

For Bitmain in warranty repair, in general, you will receive a replacement miner, instead of your original one.  Same warranty  as your original miner.  Your unit will be repaired for replacement of future client.
